Our sarasar vivek i.e. power of discretion guides us in our life.  It is for us to implement the same in our daily life. 

We have to accept the reality that -
  • life has become hectic
  • one is mentally exhausted with stress due to demands of modern life.
  • this state of mind is inevitable
  • even one is inclined to treat this state of mind as normal
But within, one has the hidden intense desire to find some effective method to get out of this state and lead a peaceful serene life.

I have never tried the Mindfullness or Minimalism before. Yet I hope I can experience freedom from mental clutter and improve my life.
