We may have regrets related to our childhood, teenage, young age and so on.

We should not allow the regrets to dominate our thinking. And have the attitude of - what happened, has happened and cannot be taken back.

And mind goes contemplating - if only I were ... sort of imaginary situations and the resultant comfortable situations one could have been.

But even to think about them is futile exercise leading to waste of time and energy resources.
Because what happened has happened and can not be reverted. No one can bring back time.

Ability to think and aspiration for seeking happiness makes human being superior to animal.

These are essential requirements for healthy coexistence, conducive life environment for all.
Mercy,pity,love,compassion, looking at world as a family, and striving hard for welfare of all members of family irrespective of race,religion,castes, achievement of universal peace in healthy manner are most important aspects of life .
