Health Band And Trackers !



Generally we are more aware of our health.  Our sarasar vivek prompts us to exercise our power of discretion while maintaining our own health. Therefore, we are careful of our diet.

In addition to this, we wish to maintain tracking of our health status as also our related day today physical activities. 

Having come across recently with the term Health Band I started to find out more about the same on internet.  What I gathered information about the same prompted me to write this post.

So let me start.

Health Band

A devise which is in the form of a wristband used for monitoring of our health status related to our day today physical activities is a fitness band.

Fitness Tracker

A fitness band performing specific health related tasks is a fitness tracker.

A fitness tracker is used to measure walking distance, running distance, heart rate, sleep duration and so on.  This data is transferred to a mobile/computer to monitor high and low health status.  This enables us to have a clearer idea of our physical health.

And who will not like to detect health problems at earlier stage ?

Psychological advantages (Get motivation)

It provides an effective motivation regarding health.  

But funny thing is that it has strong analogy with a child pulling the implanted seed from the ground to see how much it has grown. 

It boosts the desire to achieve the goal of maintaining good health.

It encourages to compete with our-self.

It motivates us to decide the food intake quantity wise as well as quality wise.

It can give self confidence with furnishing real data regarding health parameters.


Such gadgets are stylish in look therefore more fashionable and attractive.

It gives rational guidance for healthy change in our habit.

Need to use under medical supervision

It is always advisable to use such gadget as per expert  advice and not on our general knowledge only.

For interpretation of the data medical advice must be sought.

Pros

We can monitor our health on real time basis.

Can set our goals and get natural dose of dopamine on achieving the same !

We have  total privacy using such gadgets.

Ability to detect the fatal signs in time.

Cons

The thought of expenses linger in  mind.

There is no one to control you while competing with yourself.

Verification of accuracy of data is essential.
