How to learn meditation at once?
Recently I came across this question from a young enthusiastic friend.
I must confess envying his good luck to have come across the word meditation at this young age in life.
Generally we people take interest in such topics when we are reaching half years of our total life span when we lose interest in daily life, for some or other reasons. And start wondering why life does not make any sense ?
